Conservative environmental attorneys
Earlier this week, the Federalist Society passed along information about a job opportunity for after graduation. The first line of the e-mail says it all (caps in original):
CONSERVATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL ATTORNEYS WANTED!If you know a conservative environmental attorney, I have a unicorn to show you.

And what of Mr. WILLIAM MYERS III?
To say nothing of Gale Norton!
I see Waddling Thunder has called me on my bluff. I should have said I had a spotted owl to show.
It's too bad that conservative environmentalists haven't played a larger role in the Bush administration and in Republican policy-making more generally; their silence or low status is what gives the impressions that only liberals can care about the environment.
there are gay republicans. a conservative environmental attorney sounds more plausible than that.
How about here for a start?
Just let me know when you can get that unicorn to me - thanks!
It's too bad that while there are some, as you point out with your link, they haven't had much impact on ensuring that Republicans actually have a conservation plan. Cheney's "conservation is a virtue" doesn't count!
